About Gender Transition
Gender transition is a personal process that may involve hormone replacement therapy and a range of surgical and non-surgical procedures to align physical characteristics with gender identity.
For male to female transitions, this may include facial feminisation surgery (FFS), sex reassignment surgery, voice training, laser hair removal and body contouring. We coordinate the full process — hospital booking, accommodation and in-person support throughout your stay in Thailand.
All procedures are performed by qualified surgeons at accredited hospitals. You pay the hospital directly — no agency markups.

Pre-surgical assessment requirements for SRS in Thailand
Patients seeking Sex Reassignment Surgery must be of legal age, in good general health, and must submit the following documentation before their pre-surgical assessment.
Requirement 1 — Psychiatric Assessment
A diagnosis of a Gender Identity Disorder provided by a certified psychiatrist. The medical certificate must be issued by a qualified and licensed psychiatrist.
Requirement 2 — Hormone Therapy Documentation
A medical certificate with details of hormone therapy, confirming:
- Hormone intake has been prescribed and is monitored by a licensed physician
- Hormones have been taken for a minimum of 6 months
