1. About this service

Thailand Cosmetic Surgery (ABN available on request) is an Australian-managed coordination and support service. We assist Australian and international patients in planning, arranging, and navigating cosmetic surgery and related procedures in Thailand.

We provide guidance, coordination, and in-person support throughout your surgical journey — including pre-surgery planning, hospital and surgeon introductions, accommodation assistance, and post-operative support during your stay in Thailand.

2. We are not a medical provider

Thailand Cosmetic Surgery is a coordination and support service. We are not a medical practitioner, medical clinic, hospital, or registered healthcare provider. We do not:

• Perform, recommend, or endorse any specific medical procedure
• Provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment plans
• Employ surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, or any medical staff
• Accept payment on behalf of hospitals or surgeons

All medical procedures are performed by qualified, independent surgeons at accredited hospitals and clinics in Thailand. You will contract directly with those providers for your medical care.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

All cosmetic surgery carries inherent medical risks. Thailand Cosmetic Surgery makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding:

• The outcome, success, or results of any surgical procedure
• The qualifications, conduct, or performance of any surgeon or medical team
• The standard of care provided by any hospital or clinic
• Recovery time or post-operative experience

We strongly recommend that you consult an independent medical practitioner in Australia before making any decisions about overseas surgery, and that you obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance prior to travel.

4. Your responsibility

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for all decisions relating to your medical care
• You have disclosed all relevant medical history to your surgeon
• You have obtained appropriate travel insurance including medical evacuation cover
• You understand the risks associated with travelling overseas for surgery
• You are over 18 years of age
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete

5. Payments & fees

Our coordination and support fee, where applicable, is agreed in writing before services commence. All medical and hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital or clinic by you — Thailand Cosmetic Surgery does not collect or handle medical payments on your behalf.

Our coordination fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us if you have any concerns about fees before engaging our services.

6. Third-party providers

We work with a network of hospitals, clinics, surgeons, accommodation providers, and transport services in Thailand. These are independent third parties and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or the quality of their services.

We do our best to recommend reputable, experienced providers — however, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the conduct or performance of any third party.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Thailand Cosmetic Surgery excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from:

• Any medical procedure, treatment, or advice provided by a third party
• Travel, accommodation, or logistics arranged on your behalf
• Reliance on information provided on this website
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
