How long do breast implants last?
Modern silicone implants are not considered lifetime devices, but many last 15–20 years or longer without issue. They do not need to be routinely replaced unless a problem occurs, such as rupture or capsular contracture.
Will I be able to breastfeed after augmentation?
Most women can breastfeed after breast augmentation, particularly when a sub-muscular placement and an inframammary (breast crease) incision is used. Discuss your plans with your surgeon at consultation.
How long will I need to stay in Thailand?
We recommend a minimum of 10–14 days. This allows time for your pre-operative appointment, surgery, an overnight hospital stay, and a follow-up review before you fly home.

Yes. Many patients combine breast augmentation with a breast lift, tummy tuck or liposuction. Combining procedures can reduce overall recovery time and cost. Your surgeon will advise on what is safe to combine based on your health and the planned procedures.
